I haven’t posted in awhile. Here is why.

I’m starting a new blog. I thought it would be a lot better for me to use the manual WordPress on my server to have a fresh start to blogging, and a different approach entirely.

This WordPress.com hosted blog doesn’t seem to be as ‘personal’ as i would like. It feels like my readers can’t get to know me due to boundaries i face using a WordPress hosted versus a self-hosted blog. This blog seems a bit unorganized, and i think it’s time for a fresh start.

The new blog will be launching very soon, probably when i have a couple posts ready for viewing. I’m not giving out the link to the blog yet, but it will be based off of my portfolio website’s server. The new blog is still under construction before i start posting..

My personal portfolio website, zakkforchilli.com has received a large update today. New layout, new content. I like a lot more than i do the last one. The last one was very cluttered with unimportant stuff. This one is very small and clean. Very simple layout, so if you have nothing to do, check out the new layout!

UPDATE The ‘web portfolio‘ page is now up and running. Check it out!

UPDATE 2  There are some problems with the centering of the pages.. Im having some problems with coda, and i should be reinstalling it soon and fixing this problem. The pages are now centered. Everything is up, ill be adding new photos soon. Finally a complete portfolio site. Happy about that.

UPDATE 3 There is a new projects page, where you can find all the current projects Im working on.

This applies only to the base site zakkforchilli.com Notice that all my portfolio pages arent up? They will be up soon. They are going to take awhile to complete. I have to get all my content together. And pretty much develop my portfolio a little better than i have in the past. It will now be well organized and hopefully interactive.
